Make your own natural Deodorant.

Most Deodorants you use have ingredients that are not safe for your body. The main active ingredient in most of your anti perspirant deodorants is "Aluminum Zirconium" which can actually block the sweat glands of your underarms. Now you may think this is a good thing, but in truth, it's important for your body to excrete waste and release toxins. I discovered a recipe for natural deodorant about four months ago and have been using it since. It took a couple of weeks before it really started to work, but now it works so much better then any other deodorant I've used. I would defiantly recommend this recipe for anyone who is sensitive to deodorant or anyone who is trying to go natural.

Ingredients.
1/4 cup of Baking soda
1/4 cup of Cornstarch
2-3 tbsp of Coconut oil
3-5 drops of essential oil (optional)

In a small bowl, mix the Baking soda, Cornstarch, and the Coconut oil. Once you have mixed all the clumps out you can add the essential oil. I used an Orange essential oil, but I would recommend somthing gentler, like Lavender or Vanilla. Once everything is mixed, find a small jar or another container, and put the mixture into the container.
You can store the Deodorant in the fridge or in room temperature. I store it on my dresser and use it after a shower. I hope that this recipe will be useful for you or anyone you know that wants to try a healthier lifestyle.
